In order to ensure the delivery of services with certified standards of quality TeSAN has, since its foundation, adopted systematic models for its operational procedures, and was the first company in the sector to obtain UNI EN ISO 9002 quality certification with the “IQNet Presentation Certificate” extension (19 November 1996).

In 2003 TeSAN obtained certification under the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standard and currently is UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certified for the:

“Design of teleservices based upon telemedicine and supply of telecare and telehealth services and acceptance of health, social health and social requests (call-center and front office). Installation, operation and maintenance of teleassistance  and telemonitoring devices for social health assistance”.
